Terms and Conditions

Briefly: the coupon arrives by email within 1 business day of payment, is valid for [12 months], and you can return an unused coupon within 14 days.
1. General provisions
1.1. These rules set forth the terms and conditions for purchasing goods and gift vouchers in the online store kavavire.lt (hereinafter - the Store).
1.2. Seller – MB Kavavirė, company code 307069895, VAT payer code LT100017494817, registered office address Vilniaus g. 44, LT-44281 Kaunas, email info@kavavire.lt, tel. +370 625 44305 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
1.3. Buyer – an emancipated natural person from 18 years of age or a legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer). Persons aged 14–18 may make purchases only with the consent of their parents or guardians.
1.4. By placing the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and Privacy policy and agrees with them.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. The Contract is concluded when the Buyer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email.
2.2. The Agreement shall remain in force until the parties fulfill their obligations.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. All prices are in euros including VAT.
3.2. Paid bank transfer. It is mandatory to indicate the order number in the payment purpose.

3.3. If payment is not received within 3 business days from the time of order placement, the order is cancelled.
3.4. The order is processed only after the full amount is received in the Seller's account.
4. Gift vouchers
4.1. Gift vouchers are sold in denominations of €15, €25, and €30.
4.2. Electronic coupon (PDF) is sent to the email address specified in the order within 1 business day from receipt of payment.
4.3. Physical coupon available for purchase separately at the cafes at Laisvės al. 40 or Vilniaus g. 44, Kaunas.
4.4. The coupon can be used at „KAVA virė“ cafes at Laisvės al. 40 and Vilniaus g. 44, in Kaunas.
4.5. The coupon is valid 12 months from the date of issue. The expiration date is indicated on the coupon.
4.6. The coupon can be used only once, the unused balance is not refundable. If the purchase amount is higher than the value of the coupon, the Buyer pays the difference.
4.7. The coupon is not exchangeable for cash.
4.8. Each coupon has a unique code. The Seller is not responsible if the coupon is used by a person who has learned the code through no fault of the Seller. If you lose an unused coupon, write info@kavavire.lt by indicating the order number - we will resend it.
5. Right to withdraw from the contract
5.1. The consumer buyer has the right to 14 days to withdraw from the contract without reason (Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania)10 Article 11. The term is calculated from the date of conclusion of the contract (for coupons) or from the date of receipt of the goods (for goods).
5.2. In order to withdraw from the contract, the Buyer shall notify the Company by e-mail before the end of the term. info@kavavire.lt, indicating the order number. You can write in free form or use the form below.
5.3. A gift voucher can be refused if it not yet used (not even partially). Upon receipt of the notification, the coupon code is canceled.
5.4. Money is refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the notification to the account from which the payment was made.
5.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods (e.g. biscuits) and goods whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery, if they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened coffee).

6. Delivery of goods
6.1. We do not currently sell physical goods.
7. Product quality and claims
7.1. Upon receipt of a product of inadequate quality or a coupon with an error, the Buyer has the right to demand its replacement or a refund in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. Send claims by e-mail info@kavavire.lt. We will respond within 14 days.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may apply to State Consumer Rights Protection Service or to the court in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The Seller may change these rules. The rules in force at the time of placing the order apply to the order.
9.2. The rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
