We only collect as much data as is necessary to fulfill your order and answer your questions. We do not sell or use your data for advertising without your consent.
1. Who processes your data?

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data.
2. What data do we collect and why?

If you provide the recipient's details for a gift voucher, we only use them to deliver the voucher.
We do not collect or store payment card data.
3. How long do we keep it?
- Order, payment data and accounting documents – 10 years (Law on Accounting of the Republic of Lithuania).
- Gift voucher code and usage information – the validity period of the coupon and 1 year after its expiration, to handle possible claims.
- Correspondence of inquiries – up to 1 year from last contact.
- Cookies – as specified Cookie Policy.
After the deadline, the data is deleted or anonymized.
4. Who do we transfer data to?
We do not sell your data. We only share it as much as is necessary:
- website hosting and email service provider – serveriai.lt;
- accounting service provider;
- banks – to confirm payment;
- to couriers or post – if the goods are being sent;
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) – only if you have agreed to analytical cookies;
- state institutions – when required by law.
Some service providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, EU-recognized safeguards apply: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right:
- access your data;
- request the correction of inaccurate data;
- request the deletion of data if we are not obliged to store it;
- restrict data processing;
- receive your data and transfer it to another controller;
- object to data being processed on the basis of legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time – e.g., change cookie settings.

6. Data security
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data is only granted to employees who need it for their work.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the date of its update at the top.
